A Throw is Not Just a Throw - A Day in the Life of the Space Between Us
Here at Dove and Donkey, we like to create versatile pieces. We think options keep things fresh so for this first post I thought I would take you through a day in the life of the Space Between Us* (throw that is).
8 AM: RISE AND SHINE -
The Space Between Us makes a wonderful bed companion.
It’s lightweight, soft, and most importantly, knows its boundaries. It prefers to shine at the foot of the bed!

10 AM: MORNING EXERCISE -
The Space is the perfect accessory for these fierce Urbanity company dancers.
Clearly, these women would elevate any prop but the airy, interlacing weave of this throw seems to enable it to soar with them!

12 PM: LUNCHTIME -
Texture is good (unless you have a texture thing)!
We don’t recommend you try this at home but I must say, it looks pretty smart on this table.

2 PM: ERRAND TIME -
Jadine is always the best dressed in a crowd so it makes sense that the Space would prefer to hang with her!

4 PM: MEDITATION TIME -
It’s been a hectic day for the Space so a little deep breathing and downtime is much appreciated.

A little social time on the sofa.
The Space makes a nice mate for any piece of furniture.

9 PM: NIGHTY NIGHT -
Finally, the Space is back at home and ready for a much deserved rest.

I think it is important to mention that this throw was named in early 2019, long before the term “social distancing” became a part of our everyday conversation.
Nevertheless, I hope everyone is keeping the space!

This baby alpaca throw is as varied as its spacing. The pattern repeat consists of three different sized openings, creating movement and texture. The eyelash fringe on all sides adds dimension to the design. Layer it, hang it, or wrap yourself in it. You’ll love the airy feel and incredible softness.

Deemed one of the softest grades of Alpaca fleece, this baby alpaca throw can be worn as a scarf or draped anywhere in your home. As a design element, it’s loosely woven in certain areas so please treat it with love and follow these care instructions: Dry clean only. Avoid areas where snags may occur, such as with jewelry or pets.
